No. The clips are coated in TPE a soft rubber-like plastic that will not mar your screen or screen protector
Will your clips work with a "skin"?
Yes. They work with most silicone skins available on the market.
Does the product interfere with the 3G signal?

Yes, but only in the Landscape mode. The clip will not fit over the folded cover.
Does the MyClip work on the XOOM?
The MyClip does work with the XOOM. In the Landscape mode it works perfectly. In the Portrait mode the fit is a little tight but it does hold the XOOM securely. All of our customers that have tried it on the XOOM have liked it. We don't like to advertise that it works on the XOOM because the fit is not perfect.
